Blender How to avoid blur eye reflection in Blender?

I am using Diffeomorphic 4.5 to import a G9 Daz character in Blender 4.5. It's working as I intended.

But one thing I feel frustrated is that eye reflection in cycles is blur as attatched. To test it, I put 1x1 m area light in front of face. I tried to adjust all possible settings and shading nodes I can think of in vain.

Any tip or hint would be appreciated.

EDIT:

More trials have revealed that the blur may not have anything to do with materials but the area light size. If I reduced the size, the blur was gone as below. This Blender behavior of eye reflection does not make good sense. At least, I can control it now.

You didn't specify whether you use Eevee or Cycles and didn't post any nodes.

Something simple like this as cornea/eyemoisture material works well in Cycles, doesn't need to be more complicated:

You can also control eye reflections with small point lights that only emit glossy rays, somewhat similar to light rigs specifically for the eyes used by a lot of games.
