How to change skin color and marks

I am looking to make a spanking game in unity and what good is a spanking game if you can't redden the skin or in more intense cases leve marks from implements. Been trying to figure out how on my own but it won't work. How do games like dr deviant do it? Thanks in advance. Stumped in the corner.

photoshop or other image editor to add a spanking mark by using a brush and red/pink colour with the opacity/fill between 10% to 50%

coding part never used unity so can't you there

in renpy you code it with if,elif,else

if spanking_level == 1:
    code
elif spanking_level == 2:
    code
else:
    code

so maybe in unity it might be the same
