How to create dense male protagonist?

I am working on creating my own games, my mc history is that he suffers from a trauma in his past, his family tries to shift him to a different household for summer vacation as a way to regain, learn and experience life,

my main problem is during the setting up of the male protagonist
my basic ideology, I want him to be new to every sexual experience.

so him knowing about basic stuff is okay or i should make things that he experience them all for the first time.

I have written what my basic storyline will be and all the character sketches, at it is going to be my first complete project I want to do something I am comfortable in, I don't want a douche bag mc that fucks everyone that he sees, I want to create something slow and wholesome in the sense that shows the progression of mc recovering from his trauma and PTSD to a well-developed man.

I want to make a thing clear that Mine mc is not going to all no common sense character as in not understanding the room or situation or behaving like an idiot, more like can't understand romantic of emotional links to things, as his mother died he kind of grew out majorly in world view but can't comprehend relationships,

so not the ultra-dense and all the plot armor mc.

Thanks for giving an example, but mine is not not gonna be like this character as he is like all normal in most of the situtaion, like in public speaking, academics, and buisness relation but just not in understanding that if some is interested in him or how to express or understand his own emotion( romantic or sexual ).

Does the MC have friends?
What exactly was the "trauma" that caused the MC to be who he is?

i want answer to this question
yes but not close as he will be shifting to different city for a time but will have a sweet aunt to contact regularly
Mc was closet to mother and she died in a car accident and mc saw it, mc was really close to mother

Thanks a lot, it was what i was looking for, so what i discovered was that my character after her mother death thinks that he doesnt deserves anyone's loves, and so have trust issues and dont emotionally connect well with people.

somehow my story and all other character were revolving around this concept but i wasn't able to pin point it certain things or behaviour .

A tip that i learned quite a long time ago, can't remember exactly where, was to write a letter, as your character, for yourself. It may seem strange, bit it is surprisingly effective, if you really put yourself in the mind of the character, you will develop things about him that may surprise even yourself.

I also tried questionnaire but most of them go into history a lot and part which even I cant create up, but letter things seem something more feasible.

hey great writing, and a lot more emotional and poetic, but easy to understand. i too want to learn to write like this or express my views/story in this way. Although my storyline is different, your is great.
