How to create good images in stablediffusion?

I've downloaded A1111's model and want to create some SFW or NSFW art. On Pixiv, Twitter, and Patreon, all the good AI creators are posting excellent images, but when I try to generate them, the images look bad 80% of the time. How do I learn to create images like that?
