How to download fast from anything other than Mega?

I keep seeing many "options" to download, that aren't real options unless I'm willing to download @ 100kb/s. Mega is the only one that allows for 1 mb/s+. So, how do you guys use the other links to download fast?

some website place their own dl limits but i use mega, megaup, doko and workupload. they're not limited and they're constant when uploading and dl'ing them

What country do you live in because I can get over 1mb/s from most of the approved file hosts.

I find Nopy to be best after mega rarely does it drop below a 1mb/s transfer rate

-Keepshare.
-Uploaded.

Payed for a premium account for every one so if i want to download something...99 times out of 100 its downloadable on another website.
But those are not allowed on this site (for good reasons of course )..

Nopy is 99% better then Mega indeed ..
