In an old discussion they say that the NPK3 key is embedded into an .exe, I guess you need it along with the .NPK files to decrypt them.

NPK3 is not npk, but i tried it, i can not extract any files.
Also, i tried QuickBMS. I extracted all files, but I can not open them. Even GARbro can not do it..

The game has very interesting music / soundtrack. seems, it's not possible to extract .npk. well, I give up.
