how to extract unity animations?

Is there any way to extract animations from 2d unity games and make them run standalone like a regular video? Been trying to use asset ripper and such, but end up getting so many errors and I'm not really sure what I am doing.
And to clarify it's not just regular videos embedded in unity, but rendered.

Well, if you know the format used to compress the assets, as well as the format used for the animations themselves, and know how to write your own tool for this, yes it's possible.

But if at least one of those three points is missing, then the answer is no, it's not possible.
