Does anyone know what tool is being leveraged to make animated ai art like this. I have a pretty competent PC 4080, 5950X and 128 gb of ram at 3600 mhz so I think I can do some pretty nice stuff with it.
Basically looking for something that can bang out high end art. I'm ok with long load times for complex images...
