If you are trying to take a screen shot of an image in renypy there are two easy way. First simply press S. Sorry I have no idea were it saves probably in the game directory. You could also use the print screen button on your keyboard then paste it into something like MS pain and save it where you want.

If you are trying to make a game with Renpy your best google the tutorials on renpy.
