How to ignore people who limit who can see their full profile?

So pretty much what is says in the title.

How do you ignore peoples profiles when you can't see their full profile?

I've gone into my ignore list and there's no option to add accounts to it manually.

Hovering over their name does nothing, and clicking on it gives this


Which is incredibly annoying and not at all helpful.

I don't even want to see their full profile, I'd be happy if all I got was a massive IGNORE button taking up half the screen and nothing else.

I'm not saying that people shouldn't be able to limit who sees everything on their profile, but that shouldn't make people unblockable.

You can still block them by clicking on their username in a post somewhere.

That's what brought me to the above screenshot.

Person made an annoying comment, tried to hover over their name and got nothing. Tried clicking on their name and it tried to bring me to their profile page and gave me that error.

That is amazing and I am so thankful to you for that. I've bookmarked it now for repeated use

But there really should be an easier what to do it than that.
