How to include a gifs or a video in a comments?

I am just wondering how some people do it, I don,t want to just attach a files, I want to put the video in the comments and people can see it without clicking on the files below the comments.

Pretty sure you have to host your vid somewhere.

Apparently there is a way to insert, check the comments before. Anyway thank you for helping me.
