It crashes for me too. I assume it's because the files are in Japanese and Windows doesn't like to run anything Japanese without Japanese locale. Usually Mtool fixes this for me but it's not a support engine.

That button is just starting the game, so I'm not sure that Lerd clicking that would avoid this apparent first question crash. From right to left it's start, continue, load, settings, quit. It seems more likely that the strategy Random12351 mentioned of launching it with Locale Emulator is a better way to fix it. It's probably one of those cases where people have to set their default language for non-Unicode programs in Windows to Japanese, and Locale Emulator simulates that. And in some versions of Windows this might be handled automatically, like what Lerd probably uses.

I played this game in Japanese a long time ago, it's a fun and crazy story, and yep, BDSM femdom.
