Ren'Py How to make interactive game in Ren'Py

Hey, I'm new game developer trying to make interactive game in Ren'Py, interactive means I can click on door's room, so the door opens, just like Milfy City or Babysitter.

How can I make such type of interactive in Ren'Py, do the developers use 2 software's ren'py and any other and that software make game interactive.

Or it is possible within Renpy only, and how?
I'm using DAZ 3d to build scenes...

You need to create the game in Renpy and the artwork, some other way, popular tools are Honey Select, Daz3D and Blender.
There are quite a few tutorials on the Renpy website along with some examples of how to create your first game.
If you are creating a game in Renpy, it would be worth learning Python.
There are also loads of tutorials here on the forum.

Hello sir actually I wanna build scene as if only I click on door I'll enter house just like if Only I touch on character the conversation will begin, either-wise not.

I also recommend you not to use directly purchased models, better to make some modifications to make them unique
