I've been trying different things but I can't find any information on this at all. Does anyone know how to make it transparent?

Without a plugin, that uses the upper left square (96px) of the window.png file in the system folder. If you want a plugin to change it, I'll need to know which RPGM you're using.

What I'd like to ask is for the selection screen to be easy to see even in rpgmz, like this one.

Go to www/img/system, open Window.png in some kind of image editor, and delete the top left (And bottom left, if something is there) portion, as well as the top right outer lines. (It's a 96 X 96 grid)

It seems like you can't do that with mz.
The first one I loaded had the top left corner already erased.
The game might be using a plugin to change the file it's using. You'd have to find whatever file the plugin the game is using to change the window box.
