How to play games with Wolf RPG Games?

None. Wolf and RPGM are two entirely different engines, made by different companies. Wolf doesn't need any of the RPGM RTP resources, which you'd otherwise obtain here.

As you can see, those are necessary for older RPGM engines. The newer ones come bundled with all the essentials. Do you have a specific issue with your Wolf RPG game, maybe it not starting or giving you a specific problem? Usually it's a matter of setting your system to Japanese locale. Sometimes not even AppLocale and similar programs can help.

Some of these games can be very quirky, especially with newer Microsoft systems, like 10 and 11. Try using Win7 compatibility mode or maybe running the games with AppLocale, even if you already have your system locale set to Japanese.
