Tried MTool, it only works on conversations mostly. As for the interface I believe the "Text" is actually pictures so it doesn't really translate it. And I have no clue how to access the images, hope someone finds out how.

Most of those seem to be in (game folder)\www\img\pictures after extracting.

You are in the wrong WWW folder. When extracting with Enigma VB Unpacker it creates a %DEFAULTFOLDER% (May not be exact name but you get the point) and that will have all the game assets

Quick mtl translation for the main interface (skills, stats, items, H options not translated)
Drop "pictures" file in www\img and replace images

For conversations and options, use MTool
