How to receive games update notification?

There is away to receive a notification when a certain game updates? I tried "Watch" and "Bookmark" button, but i only receive random comments.

Not without unofficial tools, such as F95checker.

(I should say "not yet" because the admins intend to implement the feature you asked for)
