how to receive notifications only when openning message gets updated

I think I should make this thread here but if Im wrong please move it to the correct category

anyway I want to know how to only receive notifications when some thread I am watching updates its openning message. aka when the game gets an update, or one of the links gets changed, basically any changes to the openning message.

I looked through preferences, but it only had settings for interactions, when there is a new post in the thread or when it gets rated.

I am asking cause every day I get over 100 ratings in threads I watch and lots of replies and I really dont want to go over 70 pages of notifications every weekend.

If you're looking for a way to get notified if a game gets updated, your best bet is to use 3rd party software, like F95Checker.
