Both are 8.1 skin but the right one is reflecting light too brightly. Is there any way to make it look like the left one without making skin darker?(increasing transluceny weight?)

So, I will freely admit I don't know a lot about 8.1 skins. I will give you a 8.0 answer and you can try it, since the thread's been quiet so far.
Changing translucency changes skin tone a lot. On 8.0 I would first try increasing specular lobe roughness. You can also increase glossy roughness. Dual lobe specular reflectivity is something you can try lower, just as glossy specular which I think only exists from 8.1.
