It is possible to search for something like completed incest corruption games or just completed incest games, I seem to only be able to search by one keyword or it just gives me a list of everything?.

You can find it on the Front Page.
Use the Filters on the right side.
You can Use Filters to Search for Titles, Include Tags like (incest, male protagonist, etc.) or exclude Tags. Define it by which Engine (Unreal, Ren'py, Unity, etc.) the game you look for uses. Status defines the abandoned, completed, onhold.
You can find anything you like on that Page, it gets updated whenever a new Game or Version gets uploaded to the Threads by Uploaders or Staff.

Yeah and to add to what WICKEDp4th mentioned, once you get comfortable searching and filtering games using the latest updates page, you can also use the advanced search option to help tailor your search even further
