How to uncensor RPGM games?

Does it depend on the game?
Specific version of the engine used?
Can you hack into any RPGM game's assets, run it through some sort of AI and get uncensorsed pics?
Or do you have to be an artist yourself and draw all dicks, vags and anuses yourself?
How do people make uncensorsed patches in the first place?

dude, censor in pictures is impossible to remove by simple tricks cuz it is printed in the pictures and not the game is censoring it. as for the patch maybe the dev released two versions, gives censored to a publisher and kept the original cuz japanese law is weird ,depend in the scenario.

Uncensoring an RPGM game is no different from uncensoring games made on any other engine.
The only difference is how you extract/decrypt the images.
Most RPGM games use default protection and there are plenty tools available to handle that.

The most simple but time-consuming approach is uncensoring the resulting images manually in an image editor.

As for using AI to uncensor them, it's not for the faint of heart, but there are two common approaches at the moment:
