A famous saying goes, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness." Except in this case, it's mediocrity trying to imitate mediocrity...?
In case you haven't figured it out already, this is a blatant ripoff of Pocket Sweeties, a PC/mobile game centered around touching and fucking certain popular characters with "legally distinct" names. If you've played that game, you'll know what to expect here: watching an automatic sex scene, clicking to build up currency for cosmetic options, and grabbing special items that unlock bonus options.
The primary difference is the (at time of writing) two featured characters,Ankha and Amy- sorry, Cleocatra and Pinky. They only have one scene apiece, but both of their positions are similar (if not identical) to positions also seen in Pocket Sweeties.
Another notable difference if you've played Pocket Sweeties is that while there is grinding in this game, it is (currently) significantly less demanding in terms of currency to build up- you can unlock all the options for each scene with less than 5 minutes of effort each. Between that, and the current lack of content, this makes Hunnie Harem very quick to blow through.
In my opinion, this game (and Pocket Sweeties) are little more than basic scene viewers with clicker gameplay stamped on. Inoffensive, but unexceptional. But if you really really want more of that, Hunnie Harem can scratch that itch... for a little while, at least.
