I've seen the game mentioned elsewhere but it's not clear to me yet, how is the sex conceived? You get action when you defeat enemies, when they defeat you... ? I'm guessing the main content is BDSM stuff?

So it is like trainer where you need to capture ninjas and after beat the shit out of them? Are there any sex scenes? Or at least some erotic bdsm or it is just bdsm without sexual elements?

i played this game a bit its pretty fun. i plan to play more later. keep getting sent to the underground entertainment but i guess i need to buy some more outfits

Game have terrible controls & camera, but at least it is easy to cheat with cheat engine.
Gold & experience are 4 bytes and health is float memory type.

Would anyone be kind enough to share the "R18 patch file"? Also known on steam as "Adult Only DLC"?

If anything, one person could buy it on steam, download the DLC and immediately ask for a refund. It was reported it works, but nobody shared the file yet.
