Unity - Completed - Hypnos Card - Seduce Someone Else's Maid With A Hypnosis Game [v1.01] [Gonucho]

Simple, easy, and short. It does exactly what it promises. The graphics are above average and in a good resolution. I think it was a little too short, though, only 3 scenes with 2-3 variations each, but the variations in clothing are bugged. It's netorare, but since the girl isn't actually in a romantic relationship with her boss, I'd call it light netorare.

The biggest problem is the translation. It's auto MT and can take a few moments to translate; that alone took a star.

If the game had promised more, I'd lower my rating, but since it delivered what it promised, I think it's worth it.

A solid "meh."

The underlying GAME is actually a pretty interesting skeleton for one of these corruption games: a blind high-low card wager, except not only are you trying to win point cards but some of the point cards progress the hypnotic corruption. The parallel win condition makes for some fun strategy. Further, being able to use the hypnotic corruption level to impact the game and heroine's appearance are a great way to incorporate the H-level beyond being a "Hit X number for sexy scene."

Except, the game doesn't really DO anything with those mechanics, and it boils down to "Hit X number for sexy scene." The game ramps up way too quickly and the payoff is too instant; there's no opportunity to explore/enjoy the corruption (and I say that as someone who HATES grind). Further, the H scenes are pretty... meh.

It’s really short—about 15 minutes. The execution is fine, and this game would have been okay, maybe even good, back in 2010. But in 2025, it just looks poor. Also, how does this game take up 2GB? There’s no animation!
