Maybe it won't help you but try using "-force-d3d11". Refer to these 2 comments:

For those who are having crashes on startup:
-Create a shortcut of the HypnoApp.exe
-Open the properties of the shorcut
-Add "-force-d3d11" at the end of the target path.
Looks like this:
"D:\Games\x\Hypnotizing the Rich Bitch\HypnoApp.exe" -force-d3d11

I had a similar problem on an old laptop that didn't support DX12, which the game for some reason expects.

Try using "-force-d3d11" to launch the app.
If you don't know how to do this and don't feel like searching how to, just unzip this beside the game executable and run it.

You hypnosis choice affects that. If you want it to go up, keep using Paralysis. If you want it to go down, seems like the "Bitch" option makes it go down.

I think it's bugged (error text pops out in Bitch mode). but generally:

1)Modify or BITCH (Bitch is a bitch to get working for this, as the name implies)
2) Open legs
3) High arousal and vag desire must be red (not sure if ANAL works too)
4) High obedience (?)
5) NOT CLASSROOM training (either)
6) No toys in the crotch area at all

Fun fact: If you take her panties off via item or stop the hypnosis while she is cumming/highly aroused (clothed without toys) there will be a special "confused" state. If high obedience and arousal you can unhypno her and she won't scream for help and (sometimes) even beg you to continue, she wont always report you with toys on too. This is the closest thing to a consensual scene there is in here (Too bad the devs didn't put in a happy ending for both of them lmao).
