About

Hey, so I am a developer that is looking to develop an H game, I can't go too big but would love to create something similar to the following:
I feel like these games align the most with my vision, the whole thematic would be going from an innocent wife/girlfriend to a willing complete slut, slowly corrupting her. There is also content that is... well not a game which matches closely with what I want to do, for example is a perfect example of what I would like to do, more or less, on a much shorter "scale" if you will.
There are currently multiple ways to tackle this, and I would love some opinions from people as to which sounds to be the best idea.

Gameplay Plans

A:
Phone "emulator"

The game will be happening inside of a phone, similar to the first two example games I have provided, as the player you will have multiple applications on the phone, such as messages, gallery, options, etc... all those to interactions would be happening through the phone with the different applications to comply to the Story Plan it would be matched with.

B: More Interactivity
The game would be happening in your apartment, here you can interact with different devices to advance the story, you will of course have a phone, a laptop and other interactables, you will most probably be able to order stuff off of the internet or go places, it's giving you a lot more interaction possibility.

Story Plans

A:
Linear Story

The story would follow a linear chain where I would define the progression, where your dialog choices only would change if/when you receive pictures and the response types from your girlfriend. Branching stories are really not that hard to add in but I think a linear story would allow for a lot more control on my part for the quality of the story.
Not to mention that I could implement different stories similar to NTR Phone, where you can play different stories and I could keep updating the game with new stories.

B: Loose Story
This is actually the way I want to go and make it unique, I would like to make it so that you get to a point with the female lead where you agree to ( play a hotwife challenge game / she agrees to your challenges / she is willing to accept your fantasies and does what you ask her ), then you can suggest her go places, talk to people or encourage her to do certain things, these will influence her corruption, lust, naughtyness, loyalty, etc... Allowing the player to choose the way they want to go: Netorare, Netori, Netorase, NTR enjoyer, etc... So you could chose to for example make your girlfriend a complete slut but still be loyalt to you and listen, or convince her to cheat whenever she feels like it and send a random pic.

Art Plans

A:
AI Generated Art

I own an RTX 4090 so generating art with Stable Diffusion shouldn't be a problem, and I am actually quite good at keeping characters persistent, be it their face, hair or other features.
The upside is that the girlfriend in question would look perfect, I can basically manipulate her to as many poses and situations as I would like, especially with control net. The downside here is that any male characters would simply be annoying to add in with the same art-style, hard to keep track of proportions and multiple characters. I think the best I can do here is generate in layers and combine them myself and not rely 100% on the ai.

B: Actual Models?
I could purchase, or find images I could use of the same real model to put in the game I guess, but this would have a lot of issues with keeping it consistent

C: Paying an artist?
Paying an artist isn't the issue, I like paying people that do their job and I can afford it as an investment for selling this game, the only issue is that artists take a long time to finish their work, I have worked on games before with artists and that was really the thing that was holding us back the most, waiting on the art, be it a visual novel or texturing/3D work

D: Best of both worlds?
Maybe just use AI to generate images, and then as time progresses and I can definitely see people are interested in the project, I could commission artists to work on re-doing the artwork?

What do you think is the best gameplay loop that you would actually enjoy?
Do you think there are already too many NTR/Corruption phone games?
What is something you'd like to see in such a game that others are missing?
Do you think the GAME aspect is a little too much and I should just simply make a gallery story similar to the ones on image chest?
What could I do to improve my ideas?
What is the stupidest idea out of all these? What do you really not agree with?

Conclusion

I would like any kind of opinion from your side, I would really like to make something good and not another junk game just to post here, I can already see the "oh ntr AND AI generated" 1 star reviews.

Based upon polls, opinions and suggestions from people I think I will follow something like this, currently it's all a big mess and sketch in my brain but I have decided to go with a dynamic story line.

I don't want to hold back the player but imposing limits, or by imposing a story path, some people don't like racial cuckoldry, some people want a trap/futa path, some others don't want any hardcore or B/G content, they just like the flashing and exhibitionism.
I have come to the conclusion that the best way to do all this is by simply allowing the player to choose, indirectly, let me explain.

The Stats, these will decide the path you take and your girlfriend's interests, if you keep pushing her to expose herself in public, naughty pictures, etc... She will be more than happy when you suggest to open an onlyfans account to post her on the internet! Alternatively you could present your black friend, and talk to her about how he has a big dick, maybe show a pick? Setup some kind of event to go out with him and her and push them together, at the end of the day she will be attached to him and more than happy when you ask her to fuck him while you watch.
Maybe none of that is your cup of tea, and you just like a trophy wife, so why not dress her around like a slut and let others watch as you fuck her?
This would all be possible and right now I am writing the game documentation and how this would all fall into place logically, it's quite hard to plan properly since I am not that good at planning but it's an important step!

The gameplay loop will be you POV from your apartment, where you can interact with multiple items to do various things, on the laptop you got your gallery, files and web. On the phone you can call contacts, text or send/receive pictures. You can always ask your girlfriend to come with you to different places by clicking on the door when she is home in weekends. etc...

This is all a sketch, nothing I have written is a promise it's just something I want to get to, but from a realistic point of view I will:
Create a simple cut down version of the game, make it playable and listen to feedback just so that we can finish a version of the game and not let it rot in the alpha, beta or prerelease state, we need to have a SMALL goal to hit, and after we complete it and we have interest in what I am working on, move to my final goal. I will see what I can do to reach the best possible point with this.

What are your tricks for keeping the characters consistent?
Really depends on the context, if you are asking about how am I going to keep the character behaving the same in different scenarios is simple, certain scenarios and paths can only be taken by changing the girlfriend.
If let's say you take the exhibitionism path with no sex, or no cheating, etc... you will have her behaviour gravitate towards that, compared to bringing her loyalty to a 0 and then sending her off to the club where you won't hear from her for the rest of the night waking up to pictures if lucky.

If you are talking about the AI, I have enough experience as to train my own models, I have trained my own Lora on a couple faces that I think look good, and apply this lora on top of the generational model, this will affect the character to keep the same look, when multiple characters are in frame I simply inpaint the face of the female to keep her consistant.

Imo, finding an artist you like and trust to keep up a regular pace would be the way to go with the art. AI art will have the same consistency issues that you're afraid of running into if you were to try using real images, plus a load of other consistency issues on top of those. If you want to employ AI art and have it look even decent, much less actually good, you're going to have to have an experienced digital artist to touch up every single image after generation to ensure consistency and remove errors. For what you seem to want to do, your ideal artistic partner would probably be an experienced digital artist with AI image generation experience and an AI that they've trained on their own images, or access to a trainable AI model.

Since you're clearly planning on monetising this future game, it seems like a good idea to warn you that some platforms have policies against hosting copyrighted images or AI images generated from copyrighted material on their sites, so either of those approaches will limit the number of distribution channels you'll have access to, which will also make it more challenging to reach the point of being able to hire an artist to replace art in an product originally made with placeholder AI or real images. Depending on the volume of images you're expecting to require for your product and whether or not you want to include animations, it might be worth considering onboarding an artist from the beginning for some percentage share of sales/subscription profits. Not only would the upfront cost be less, having them on the project from the beginning as a partner rather than a freelance artist reduces the likelihood that they'd prioritise other opportunities over working on your project.

That's just my POV. If you already have your own reasons for approaching it the way you described instead, go for it and good luck

Finding an artist with rev/share and interested in his project is kinda herculean task by itself. Its just better to make the game using AI release it and if its sucessful find an artists for future projects as ppl are more likely to join then
