Hey, so I am a developer that is looking to develop an H game, I can't go too big but would love to create something similar to the following:
There are currently multiple ways to tackle this, and I would love some opinions from people as to which sounds to be the best idea.
Gameplay Plans
A: Phone "emulator"
The game will be happening inside of a phone, similar to the first two example games I have provided, as the player you will have multiple applications on the phone, such as messages, gallery, options, etc... all those to interactions would be happening through the phone with the different applications to comply to the Story Plan it would be matched with.
B: More Interactivity
The game would be happening in your apartment, here you can interact with different devices to advance the story, you will of course have a phone, a laptop and other interactables, you will most probably be able to order stuff off of the internet or go places, it's giving you a lot more interaction possibility.
Story Plans
A: Linear Story
The story would follow a linear chain where I would define the progression, where your dialog choices only would change if/when you receive pictures and the response types from your girlfriend. Branching stories are really not that hard to add in but I think a linear story would allow for a lot more control on my part for the quality of the story.
Not to mention that I could implement different stories similar to NTR Phone, where you can play different stories and I could keep updating the game with new stories.
B: Loose Story
This is actually the way I want to go and make it unique, I would like to make it so that you get to a point with the female lead where you agree to ( play a hotwife challenge game / she agrees to your challenges / she is willing to accept your fantasies and does what you ask her ), then you can suggest her go places, talk to people or encourage her to do certain things, these will influence her corruption, lust, naughtyness, loyalty, etc... Allowing the player to choose the way they want to go: Netorare, Netori, Netorase, NTR enjoyer, etc... So you could chose to for example make your girlfriend a complete slut but still be loyalt to you and listen, or convince her to cheat whenever she feels like it and send a random pic.
Art Plans
A: AI Generated Art
I own an RTX 4090 so generating art with Stable Diffusion shouldn't be a problem, and I am actually quite good at keeping characters persistent, be it their face, hair or other features.
The upside is that the girlfriend in question would look perfect, I can basically manipulate her to as many poses and situations as I would like, especially with control net. The downside here is that any male characters would simply be annoying to add in with the same art-style, hard to keep track of proportions and multiple characters. I think the best I can do here is generate in layers and combine them myself and not rely 100% on the ai.
Here are examples of low effort generations I have, you can see different scenarios same character, teasing, clothed, nude, flashing, etc...
B: Actual Models?
I could purchase, or find images I could use of the same real model to put in the game I guess, but this would have a lot of issues with keeping it consistent
C: Paying an artist?
Paying an artist isn't the issue, I like paying people that do their job and I can afford it as an investment for selling this game, the only issue is that artists take a long time to finish their work, I have worked on games before with artists and that was really the thing that was holding us back the most, waiting on the art, be it a visual novel or texturing/3D work
D: Best of both worlds?
Maybe just use AI to generate images, and then as time progresses and I can definitely see people are interested in the project, I could commission artists to work on re-doing the artwork?

What do you think is the best gameplay loop that you would actually enjoy?
Do you think there are already too many NTR/Corruption phone games?
What is something you'd like to see in such a game that others are missing?
Do you think the GAME aspect is a little too much and I should just simply make a gallery story similar to the ones on image chest?
What could I do to improve my ideas?
What is the stupidest idea out of all these? What do you really not agree with?

I would like any kind of opinion from your side, I would really like to make something good and not another junk game just to post here, I can already see the "oh ntr AND AI generated" 1 star reviews.
