If you do not know what that is, it is when you are doing anal and then switch directly to vaginal. It is done in Four Elements Trainer and I love it. I know some games have a free mode where you can just choose what position/hole to use, but I am looking more specifically for games that actually have dialogue and mention the act like in Four Elements Trainer.
