It has been awhile but the game I was thinking about was were this guy, an executive of a company get back stabbed by his boss/co-worker/CEO and gets sent this island/blocked off part of the city where the send criminals left to fend for theselves. He meets a woman first and them somehow his daughter ends up there and they have to scrounge for food and water and weapons, etc... Sound familiar to anyone? Oh yeah, I just remebered, it was some kind of experiment also because the guy that backstabbed him was watching their progress on caneras with another guy.
