A few months ago I played the first version of an isekai style game and I can't find it.
Synopsis: The game is about your character dying and a god or goddess gives him the opportunity to revive in another world But when he transports him to the new world he does so by dropping him from the sky and the protagonist ends up in a hospital in that world And since he doesn't have money to pay for the cost of his treatment, he works as a janitor in that hospital. ,the art style resembles the anime Konosuba
And the protagonist can also communicate with the goddess telepathically.
