The game started with you as the main character being kidnapped and brought to the hotel owner. Your father (probably dead) owed money and didn't pay it back, so the main character is trapped in a hotel where he works as a man's hooker and gradually pays off the debt, it was very much about the sissy theme. As far as I remember, there was an option to join a livestream with another sissy, go to work out and have sex with a trainer and more, but I don't remember much else.
