I was able to play ren'py games then today they won't open and i get a api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll error all of a sudden. and i tried a few things and nothing works. so need help

1. Download the 32 AND 64-bit versions:
2. C Drive (or the boot drive that has windows on it.) > Windows > System32 and SysWOW64 > Drag the 32-bit .dll into the System32 folder and the 64-bit .dll into the SysWOW64 folder. > Restart PC > Try to open Ren'py game.
If that doesn't work, try to place both .dll files into the "game" folder of a Ren'py download.

I have tried both of those methods and both don't work. though i have seen elsewhere getting a visual package might help fix it as i will try that.
