It was a 3D game, the renders were high-quality, from what I remember. The main character was male, and the action took place on a yacht or somewhere with loungers and a pool area. From what I remember, the gameplay was seen from the MC's POV. The sex scene that stuck with me was the MC and three or two girls on a lounger, with a footjob or foot-focused action.

Haven't played it, but according to the description Cure My Addiction takes place on a yacht and has "footjob" in the tags.
