Ok so I'm gonna start with the things that I am sure, the game had high quality 3d models you were playing as a male protagonist (18 to 20ish y.o.) and there was a side story where you were tutoring a girl around your age that due to a disease her whole family were nudists. In this side story you got to have fun with the girl and her mother.
Ok that's all that I'm certain about. I also think that the game was a sandbox and you could freeroam on a map and I think there was also some incest for the main story, but I'm not sure about these.
