Identify I can't remember the game name.

The only thing i remember is reading about *on the DOWNLOAD section* the add-on/mod/patch that add more content? The description of the mod says play/finish the main game first and then download this or something. probably say the base game already got a lot of contents.
i thought i had it bookmark but i guess i didn't.
It might be a html game? im not 100% on that though.
