How come there hasn't been a game about an Asexual Main character have to trying an avoid getting raped by very horny humans/demons/ailens/etc, like when will we get it?

I'm not so sure about genuine asexuality, but I think I hear what you're saying, in that "Game Over Rape" games do feel better when the player character is not happy about being raped. Too many games out there where the girl starts moaning and squirting a second after being penetrated, like, is this rape or is it not?

That's a genre I call "bad writing", usually Japanese. Unless you establish that MC is an extreme masochist who would actually love to get raped without warning, I have to assume you don't know that rape is bad and not sexy at all.

I basically agree, although I think Western games commit the same sin a bit differently. Japanese eroge usually have the problem of trivializing rape, glossing over it as if it's no big deal. "Ah, I'm getting raped, oh well, might as well enjoy it" type stuff. Western games take it a different direction where the coerced character "grows" to like it, becoming some kind of hyper-slut over time or with enough interaction. That being said, there is a whole "corruption" genre surrounding this, so I'll admit some people like it.
By the way OP, I somehow forgot that I'm writing to your request a little bit in the game I'm developing. Instead of being asexual, however, the character is a lesbian. The male PC is essentially given a choice of being a good person and letting the lesbian character love her female partner, or taking advantage of her.

that's actually not as uncommon IRL as people think. some rape/abuse victims either lose respect for themselves or get so numb that they end up allowing themselves to be used with little to no regard for their own well-being, ending in a very destructive spiral of self-loathing and powerlessness. this is called hypersexual trauma.
another common problem people think is unrealistic is involuntarily orgasming during rape which causes similar spiraling with guilt and self-blame. which fucks you up even worse than normal rape because without orgasming it's at least easier (but not trivial) to put the blame on the rapist and not yourself. where as when you get wet or orgasm during rape (which are involuntary bodily reactions) it creates internal conflict between knowing you hated being raped while still unable to stop your body reacting like it did. this is something all therapist working with rape and abuse victims deal with all the time, and probably a big reason why most rapes are not reported.
this seems to be a reoccurring theme, people thinking types of sexual behavior in games being unrealistic when it's actually surprisingly common IRL. other examples are all the cliches of incest games like shower peeping, deliberately leaving doors open to expose yourself, teaching sex to your son/daughter by example, pretending to sleep while being fucked, being blackmailed to sex with the flimsiest collateral etc.

Actually, it is uncommon. Unless you are a victim yourself, you don't know what were women thinking and how they were feeling, only victims know what they were thinking and how they were feeling, those who were lucky to survive the sexual assault that is. I'm saying "lucky" because women rarely recover after rape. Either they are scarred emotionally, physically or they're killed. It triggers the fighting instinct to survive during the attack. Involuntary reactions can be vomiting and wetting due to shock, not orgasm. Even during normal sexual intercourse, it's uncomfortable/could hurt if a woman is not aroused. Forceful sex is painful and cause injuries. This is why being very wet is important for rough sex. Being scared and threatened is the reason why the sexual assaults weren't reported. What is the hardest to prove that has happened are sexual harassment and groping. This is why I hate Chikan.

Think of it like this, An Ace Main Character was traveling with friends or something like that, but that a phenomenon happens causing everyone (except them) to get really horny. So they must try and find the cause of this for they will be used for a sex toy forever.

Yeah, but none with characters that aren't attracted to a specific gender but they are forced to have random boners/wet pussy for anyone even though they are Ace.
