the two setups are the same, it's your biases that can make it different - instead of empathizing with everyone involved or with the same role in both, in the latter you decided to lock on the man, ignoring the woman. the stolen man's feelings of control go out of the window in non-con scenarios, the woman upgrading with consent to a more desirable partner isn't angry or depressed about it. plenty of ntr-consuming men (here and elsewhere) have expressed no desire to give a shit about the losing man and said they focus on the seduced woman's feelings instead (or on the thief's, but that's overlapping with netori).
Netorare is more or less a story about a female being corrupted with the existing relationship enhancing the depths to which the female will "fall." So the standard netorare appeals to female protagonist corruption/cheating enjoyers that don't have to self insert and actual cuck dudes that self insert as the cuck.
For Reverse NTR, where the male is being seduced and stolen away from a female, it loses the appeal to both those groups from above. Instead, it will have to appeal to the cuckqueen enjoyers which are rare.
Porn is created overwhelmingly with the male gaze. So when people think of the opposite appeal to netorare, they don't land on Reverse NTR. Instead, they land on harem, where the male POV character is a chad and gets all the girls. In practice, Netori is basically an appeal to power fantasy, so you can kind of lump it together with harem in the general sense of who it appeals to. That's why Netori protagonists are overwhelmingly painted as good guys who is saving the girl by stealing her away from her asshole partner. To appeal to the harem protagonist players. If it was a straight POV shift to the bulls from the netorare games, the Netori MC would be ugly bastard deviant criminals. That's very rare, as expected, since Netori developers generally target that harem crowd.
Basically, what I'm saying is, netorare appeals to a certain group that enjoys male humiliation or female corruption. Harem (+netori) appeals to the "opposite" group that enjoys male empowerment. Reverse NTR (or cuckqueen) genere doesn't appeal to either of those large groups. Reverse NTR is incredibly niche, so it won't have a lot of games for it.
Edit: And to be frank, even stories that might technically qualify as Reverse NTR will probably be created from the male gaze. Meaning, it will give the agency of betrayal/cheating to the MC. Instead of getting corrupted and stolen away by an evil seductress, it will probably be framed as the male MC cheating on his girlfriend and eventually leaving her. In that way, even this kind of male protagonist cheating story is framed as a male power fantasy, aka harem adjacent.
If you truly wanted the equivalent of a standard netorare story with reversed genders (real Reverse NTR), the story should focus on the anxiety, sadness, humiliation of the female POV character, and the male that is being stolen away should be the victim of seduction from a gyaru bitch or something. Good luck finding something like that.

Like I said I don't think it's difficult to write a reverse ntr story where the guy is stolen, corrupted or manipulated by some other girl. A simple one would be that both a guy and a girl have been together since they were kids and when they turned adults, they about to get married, lost their virginity to each other on their wedding night and then some other girl comes in who is more sexy and curvy than the longtime girlfriend.
Example having bigger boobs where the male partner can titjob her and the longtime girlfriend don't have the assets for that. Wouldn't the long time girlfriend feel jealously and get humiliated from that the thought she don't have the assets the new girl has and is forced to watch it happen and cry over it.
After I got the new terms I did some searching and I was able to find these two that best what I described and in both of them the female partner was devastated, jealous and humiliated seeing it and it doesn't take anything away or make it any less appealing than the male ones.

If I was able to find these then there is defiantly more, it just sounds like ntr is heavily one sided against men like a gender bias or favoritism, or people are just unwilling to make ones against females to balance the scales and Equal the Genders.
It's not about difficulty. It's about interest. Not many people seek out that kind of story, so it doesn't get made. No demand.

There is definitely a socially prevailing belief that women are "belong" to the one who has taken them sexually. This is partially biological, as the woman is being penetrated, and also because women can become pregnant. It's something visceral that creates more of a gut-wrench for most people. In contrast, it feels less consequential when another woman simply hops on a guy's dick. He's not being "penetrated" literally or figuratively, so the feeling of him being "taken away" is weaker. Of course this only describes what most people believe and everyone has different tastes.

I will not deny those points because they are indeed 100% factual, However a Woman can be equally devastated as much as a guy if her Husband was stolen from her by another Woman. 'Please Let me explain and Elaborate on this'.

They have been struggling together for years trying to get pregnant however the Woman is unable of getting pregnant then another Woman appears who is capable of getting pregnant and fulfilling the Husbands desires of having a family then she steals him from the Wife and they both got pregnant hence making the Husband happy. A situation like this would gut-wrench punch the Wife because she knows she's unable of fulfilling the Husbands desire of starting a family, she's the only child of her parents so she can't continue their bloodline. This would be a heartbreaking situation for the Wife because she and her Husband have been fighting to get pregnant for years however she can't and some other random Woman shows up steal him and she got pregnant, Immediately the Wife is going to feel worthless Knowing she failed at getting pregnant, she failed at continuing her family's bloodline, she failed at continuing the Human race since she can't reproduce, Knowing she won't ever be able to feel a child inside her and being able to give birth to said child, Knowing she failed at Making her Husband happy and the Woman who stole her Husband mocks the Wife for being a failure at pleasing her Husband and being a failure at all of the above I just said and then the Wife sees her Husband smiling happy with the family of another woman and the Woman Mocks the Wife for it. The Wife would be Jealous and Heartbroken over a situation like this knowing she failed at fulfilling her Husbands desire.
