I know that this has been asked numerous times for sure, but any recommendations for m/m games?
Feel free to post links to previous posts!

I don't mind the format, whether it is text adventures, visual novels, or whatever. It can be a game that can be quickly played through, or one that requires time.
Whether it is completed or ongoing, I don't mind. My fetishes are many, so there are usually no wrong recommendations that can be made. (though I do prefer games that have the option to dom/power bottom npcs)

On that note, I've played (and is still playing) games such as Flexible Survival, Lustful Desires, Lilith's Throne, etc. where while there are m/f content, there is the option to ignore/opt out of them by making adjustments to preferences or choosing to not pass over the m/f content. So any games which are similar to them are also welcome.

Also, hoping to get answers about games that offer patreon patron content, whether it be patron password, or patron download. Are those also possible to be found on this forum? Or is it frowned upon to ask about them here?

There are some HTML games m/m focused. Mine for example, Grizzly Grove, may fit exactly what you look for (text game with real porn). Other games, like Young Marcus expanded, The family's curse or friends of mine (this one is bi though). Hornstown itself have a staggering amount of m/m content.

If you don't mind pure text games, you can also try Reform school or Campus magnum.

Usually the best for finding them here is to ise the gay+html search on latest updates and look around the descriptions and pics. It's very tricky, but it can be done.
