Identify I need help boys, i cant find it and i fear the worst

Hello boys, today i was managing my f95 account and it got to me, there was a game it was a 2dcg made in renpy(95% sure), with a medieval setting, it was a male protagonist and it had a very similar design to fate of irnia, i remember there was free roam throughout the game, you could visit npcs houses, each with a female in it (mostly), im mostly sure the npc in the shop was an elf, and some plot about making potions or learning from books and i have the gut feeling that character had a mother figure who didnt like the protagonist (not sure), and the slight idea that this game had some bbw or big tits fettish into it, and it even had a currency sistem to buy quest items, and thats pretty much it.
