I'm looking for a game where the Main Character childhood friend that is a Girl and is put coma from her being attack by someone and is put in some type of academy where they can try and save her but to save her there going try some rare experiment that never been done before and Main Character have to make the choices on what best for her

Also it was a open map game with a few places to visit like there was a hospital where the main character used get check ups at and where he had scenes with nurse
