I spent half an hour searching somewhat related terms and nothing is coming up so I turn to you guys for help

It was a visual novel about a guy blackmailing his neighbour who used to be his superior at work but had to take a long break due to motherhood and has recently returned. He did this by discovering that a lewd Instagram account he was following was actually her and used it to blackmail her into performing sexual services for him, despite the fact that she has a husband and a son
