Game is about 2 people, adventurers going into a dungeon, in which it is normal to have sex and molesting, and she accepts it, and her husband i think? also accepts that, but once they are out of the dungeon, they are both against doing anything naughty. At first it is molesting and some BJ and you even get some i belive ancient coins and sometimes the guy you are doing the BJ for gives you semen as a form of rations in dungeon to eat.
Not sure exactly the backstory as to why they are going into that dungeon. I know there is like a city right outside of the dungeon i think it is even connected to it. I do think it is RPGM also. So if you can guess or remember this game please do tell.
