Identify I need help for finding a specific game about EMPLOYEE and HIS BOSS' FAMILY

I only see the thread of this game once or twice but never cared for it until now. I guess game was about AN EMPLOYEE LIVING IN HIS BOSS' HOUSE WITH HIS BOSS' FAMILY. I tried to find this game with variety of tags and engine preferences but I could not find it. If anyone knows it, it would be great.
