When I save game preview images I can't open them on my computer. A message appears: "Cant read file header. Unknow format or damaged." Do you know why?

Yes, because your browser mislead you, those images aren't in JPEG or PNG format. Take a look at this post for a solution to your problem.

THANKS!! I already had this codec installed. But since I use IrfanView to open the images, I discovered that I needed to download the Irfanview plugin for this AV1 as well.
