Identify I need help

game where MC is rich and he buys house/mansion to his and his GF and they are living there and somepoint GF's aunt and niece/nephew comes to visit and they like the house very much and aunt makes plans to get the house/mansion to herself aunt makes niece/nephew to seduce MC or MC's GF to get the house their at somepoint MC hears aunt and niece planning how to get the house and after aunt leaves niece's room MC confronts niece and seduces niece to tell MC their plans.


im not 100% but i think the MC is some sort of womanizer but im not 100% sure if this is right

sorry for the lack of details i dont remember much

so probably wrong game but still a nice game, ntr warning but it can be avoided
