I need Help

I'm having a problem deleting the CampPinewood.exe file I have deleted everything related to the game, but for some reason I can't delete it. Yes, I already try to change the owner but it doesn't allow me to change it for some reason. My only guess is that it turn into a virus but I can"t confirm that since I don't have an antivirus install yet.

P.s. Any recommendations for a free antivirus?

And, if it's Windows 10, login as administrator and try delete it.

Have you restarted your PC?

I actually got it from here, but I got it from one of the comments before the thread was updated so I though it was the same thing.

I'll restart my laptop right now; if not, then I would use a link.

Edit: restarting my laptop seemed to work, thanks.

go to task manager and see if any exe file or dll releated to the program is running in the background . if so end the process of the program, now try deleting it.
