i played a game few years ago but i forgot the title, i only remember that the adventure start after the protagonist's ship crashed on an island then there are some monster shooting and looting. After that he found a beach behind a river where he found the local and his teammates were dancing and do some fucking, there is also furry(a cheetah is the leader of the local if i remembered correctly). Also, a side quest is to hunt a deer with a bow, find a wine bottle for a girl and you can find a black panther fucking a girl when wandering around the beach. That's all i can remember and the game was just updated that much content when i first play it
