Some dude decided to monetize information on hentai/porn games. Ex. This exact image was edited by him in hopes of no one being able to reverse image search and to then join his Patreon (not free) to tell you where you can buy it. He also deletes messages of people trying to spread the name in his posts. So the influx of people just now hearing about all these oldish games is due to the guy who can't just tell us the sauce.
