Identify I really need to find this game

Sometime ago i played a game with the following story: MC comes back home after his father died, he studied at some of the most prestigious administration schools so now he will take over his fathers business, i remember his mother/stepmother has some kind of bakery or restaurant and one of the first things he does is take the apartment and putting in his sisters name or something like that. I also remember the mother thinking of seducing the MC in order to not lose the money.
