I played it a few years ago, but for the most aggressively anti-MC NTR game (that doesn't come off as edgy cringe shit like Jobeo):

I give it the prize not just because MC gets to watch everyone he loves be raped and/or corrupted, but also because his own life is ruined and the game makes you, the player, try to make the MC make a difference and fail every time due to circumstances well beyond his control. The game is so spiteful it tracks the amount of times each character has fucked, and their dick size.
Although honestly, something like this plays out more like APBLU with the multiple POVs. The APBLU dev also has a previous game.
HPMF is also really good NTR with extended post-corruption cheating sex like APBLU, albeit mostly from stealer POV.
