Onhold I think i may be able to partially uncensor DECOY The Witch of the Blue [v1.02] [Steneko Laboratory]

I was able do extract almost all of its assets and sprites, and the mosaic arent any kind of shader (sadly, wich would be easier), i still dont know if i was able to extract everything.
BUT, everything i could i extract i can mod.
